Product Care 

To ensure your Becket bag remains in optimal condition and lasts for years to come, please follow these care instructions:

General Care and Cleaning

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution, gently clean the affected area, and leave your bag to air dry. 

Do not machine wash or dry clean. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents as they can damage the materials.  Avoid exposing your bag to extreme temperatures or humidity.

Storage

When not in use, we recommend stuffing your bag and storing it on its side to prevent creases in the leather.  Store your Becket bag in its dust bag to protect it from dust and scratches. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and damage.

Laundry Net

Our laundry nets are made from 100% natural cotton therefore it is normal to experience slight shrinkage the first time they are washed.

Warranty

We are committed to our customer’s ongoing product satisfaction and a positive customer service experience. We stand by the quality of our bags and are pleased to offer you a one-year warranty from date of purchase. 

During the one-year period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, your bag or parts of your bag that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Improper use, abuse, or failure to follow the product care instructions.
• Theft or loss.

Warranty Service: Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. To obtain warranty service, contact us at info@becketlondon.com with proof of purchase and outline the problem. We’ll be in touch to discuss the most appropriate solution for you. 

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
