Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer £6.00

GBP flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom.

International Shipping

Becket is a British brand with a global reach.  We are pleased to confirm we ship worldwide, with

only a few exceptions. If a shipping estimation is not listed for your country, please reach out to us

Please note we are working hard to a find lower cost offering to ship to the US and outside of the UK.  


Local Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a

shipment reaches your destination country. Becket London is not responsible for these charges if

they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a

tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking

information to become available.


Returns Policy

We are committed to designing high quality products through expert craftsmanship, premium

materials, and testing product durability to withstand everyday use. Customers benefit from one

year’s warranty protection on all bags and accessories.

We hope you love your Becket bag as much as we do but if you do wish to return your bag,

please let us know within 14-days of receiving the product. The bag must be unused, in its

original packaging and with tags attached.

Returns can be arranged by emailing us Please include the following

details when requesting your return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for your return request
  • Contact name and phone number
  • Address where we can collect your return

As small business we are unable to offer free returns at this time. We will be transparent about

the cost of shipping before providing the returns label. Return shipping costs will differ

depending on location. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address

these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.



Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 7 days from our

receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of

payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
